My husband and I stayed here overnight on a recent trip to Norwich. We found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful and service was efficient and pleasant at all times.

The hotel is on the edge of the city centre so it is in a very convenient location for the city attractions.

There was a good choice available at breakfast from the buffet and on the cooked-to-order menu and the a la carte dinner menu offered a fairly extensive choice of dishes, with a fair choice of wines at reasonable prices.

Our room was nicely decorated with én suite bathroom was a good size, did not feel at all cramped and we felt it perfectly adequate for our stay with everything provided that we needed including a very comfortable bed and pillows! The hotel also had free WiFi which was a bonus.

Overall we think we got good value for money in a comfortable hotel and would recommend it for a stay in Norwich.
